When choosing VAN products, please make sure open the package, check the device, accessories, user manual are included. If you got any problems during purchasing, please contact VAN technical service department, we will try our best to reply you on time. 
  
Limited Warranty 

VAN provides a limited warranty for all VAN products purchased in formal channels. The warranty covers the main device. Packaging, various cables, software products, technical data and other accessories are not covered by the warranty. The maximum liability of VAN is equal to or no higher than the product's purchased price. VAN does not provide a refund under any condition.
